Release of Futrix 6.1
Futrix is pleased to announce the latest major release of our self-service Business Intelligence software. Version 6.1 is now available to customers and offers comprehensive enhancements to Futrix analytical functionality, performance and user interface design. The Futrix user experience has been significantly improved with menu search functionality and improved charting options and page layouts. All enhancements have been designed to enable faster access to information and a more enjoyable experience for users.
Some of the changes and enhancements include:
- Page layout, graphic design and functionality have been updated to make the environment more intuitive for all levels of users.
- Chart quality has been significantly improved with a totally new dynamic charting engine. This includes the ability to interactively manipulate a modern range of charts and dials.
- Additional analytical functionality has been incorporated; including the ability to group collections of dimension values together dynamically and significantly streamlined filtering options.
- Powerful search functionality has been added to the Futrix Menu to enable easy searching and filtering of the available viewpoints and dashboards by a number of useful criteria.
- Additional administrative functionality is available in the Futrix Web Console including the ability to manage users and groups, as well as more comprehensive usage analysis and a new server log analysis.
- Performance has been significantly increased to allow for large numbers of subjects and data sources with very large numbers of dimensions and measures.
- Many new preferences have been added to enable even greater personal customization of the environment at both the user and administrator levels.
